OasisOLC has not yet been completely ported to bpl16. I think there is a
mostly functional release however in George Greers FTP Directory on
ftp.circlemud.org
try ftp://ftp.circlemud.org/greerga or something along those lines, I havent
hit the ftp site in a few weeks now so im not sure if its still there.
