DikuMUD areas

I believe someone asked if you could use DikuMUD areas in CircleMUD --
the answer is yes, I specifically made sure that Circle was compliant
with the standard Diku world system so that porting areas would be

The only wrinkle is that, starting in Circle 3, "complex" mobiles will
no longer be supported.  Why?  Because it takes a lot of ugly code and
I've never, ever, ever seen anyone use a complex mobile anyway. :)
