damroll

I have this persistent problem....... I have a High level mob that keeps 
loading with a damroll of -36..... so it hits everytime, and does one or 
two points of damage each time.... It has the S flag, so it's  a simple 
critter, but it doesn't seem to want to load properly... any ideas?
