hcontrol build [room number] [player name]

The room must have one and only one exit and the exit must be bidirectional.
(A condition I think should be removed.)

There are only two comands. One for gods (hcontrol), and one for players
(house).

The hcontrol command is for building and creating (there may be one more
function - type 'hcontrol garbage' and it will show you the proper
syntax for all uses.

hcontrol build [room number] [player name]
hcontrol destroy [room number]

The house command is used to create a guest list of players who can enter
the house. This is set by the owner of the house and only works to
prevent mortals from entering.

house [player name]
