Well I also had that problem, for some reason you have to expand the 
setupkit.dl_ manually
type 
expand setupkit.dl_ setupkit.dll and reun setup again...
the problem im having is I got it installed alright but when I go into it 
I only get the upper-left hand portion of the editor... Is there a way to 
remedy this?
