I am still running Circle 2.2, but I have ported the houses over from
3.0. The way that I did it was just making another rent structure. If
you are a guest of a house, or the owner you can type rent in your house
and all your items will be rented for free. I also made a NO_SUMMON flag
so that one cannot be summoned into a house if they are not a guest.
