hello. i am using 3.0 pl7, and i am having a bit of a problem with the send_to_outdoor function. ... it is sending_to_every_damn_body_regardless :) i checked out the function in comm.c, and checked some defines in utils.h, but i can't see how to make it only send weather messages to those who are not indoors... maybe INSIDE room flag is the culprit... anyway, has anybody else noticed this?
