Well despite what yu MIGHT beleave about me, I actually knew that typing 
man gdb didnt help much... (in my case it didn't) anyways the program has
some different help menus... and thets ok.. 
BUT, what I was asking for was some sort of full scale documentation, 
eventually allso some examples... but some sort of ascii compilation that 
would work as a real doc... not just bits and pieces...
