I'm not sure exactly what he means by it but usually the idea is that if
a zone is empty for a set period it is removed from the zone table
and the memory is freed.  In principle You could remove the rooms
and the mobs and objects too -though you would be in trouble if
someone had used the prototypes elsewhere.

It doesn't really save much - because the memory freed just goes back
into the process heap and doesn't reduce the size of the process
(unless you have written your own memory management ).

It wouild make the mud process' memory requirements grow a bit more
slowly, but the overhead of swapping large zones in and out would probably
be unacceptable - unless you had a binary database system.

 Basically I think it's a waste of time.
