Make sure in interpreter.c you have:
{ "outla", <misc numbers and stuff, do_outlaw, 0, 0 }
{ "outlaw", <etc> do_outlaw, SCMD_OUTLAW, 0 }
so it'll pick up on outlaw and the partial outlaw.
