	Well I was really thinking if it would affect only MEMORY mobs, or it would affect any (victim) of the skill.
	If you de-story a player would them have to practice all their skill/spells again? If you de-story a mob so hard in the middle of a fight, would the mob go to POS_SITTING trying to remember what is happenning?
	Now I think Circle is getting more colors, thenkas for the idea.
