      Though I've never tried compiling circle on any of them, there are 
a few free C++ compilers.  You might want to try either GNU-WIN32 from 
Cygnus(ftp.cygnus.com) or use DJGPP with the RSX extender (www.delorie.com).
I'd try the former first.
