[Circle] who sort

I was thinking of making a sort for the who.. where you type "who sort"
and it'll tell ppl in order of level..?.. anyways, here is what I am
thinking: <off the top of my head>

  for (x=50; x>0; x--)
    if (GET_LEVEL(ch) == x)
      put there name down.. etc etc.. I was just wondering, how would you
get it to not ask for a -.. i.e. "who -n Bob".. so you could type like
"who Bob".. and "who sort" instead of "who -sort" or something.. and make
it so who sort wouldn't say "Sorry, but sort is not logged on." or
something.. thanks =)
