Put the files you want on the floppy.

Then you need to mount the floppy. Put the floppy in the drive.

If it's in drive a, type mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /mnt

It's now mounted. If you need to unmount it when you remove it (before
you remove it) type umount /dev/fd0.
