Hi all,
I downloaded the new.do-who command from the ftp site and tried to
patch it but got a lot of rejections. I decided to just hand patch it but
am not sure what each symbol on the left side of the file mean. I would
think that + nect to a line would mean add this line, what about ! next to
a line. What do I do with these?

PS. If someone has patched the do_who to circle level 10, 11 patched on
it, could they mail me their new patched do_who command from do who and
I'll just put that in insted. :)
