Now I could be totally off on this one, but it's not a major thing so 
check it anyways.  We had a similar problem that was driving me nuts.  
Well after months of working on it and almost throwing it out, someone 
said oh that's a bad social file.  Now I have no idea what that would do 
it, but I popped in an old social file I had before we added a bunch of 
new ones, and sure enough that was it.  So I could be way off topic, but 
from my desperate situations, you are probably willing to try anything.  
So take a look at the social file, check to make sure it is set up right, 
and you might want to drop in a stock social file.  If I am wrong, hey 
you only spent 5 minutes on it.  My boss and I at work spent a week 
working on something we could have fixed in 5 minutes.  Try the most 
obvious things first, even if you dont think it could be them.  Hope it 
works out for you.
