In stock code each mob can onl have one spec_proc because there is only 
only one place to put it ( SPECIAL(*func); ), I wanted more however so I
replaced that with a pointer to a linked list that had SPECIAL(*func) in 
it.  It wasnt too difficult but some things took a little reworking.
