Just think about the idea of splitting the list...  If there was a newbie
list and an advanced list, then all the newbies would have to rely on help
from other newbies...  If a newbie has an advanced problem, that would
require some advanced knowledge, what are they going to do?  You have to
have the mix, having advanced people next to newbies is what takes them out
of newbie-ship. (IMHO)
