[Windows] Self testing my mud....

I run a mud for self-training purposes on a windows 95 machine.  The mud
runs fine when my machine is connected to the Internet and I can connect by
using telnet 127.0.0.1, but when I close my PPP connection, I can't connect
to my own machine anymore.

Is there a way to fix this?
