Best thing to do is start to learn unix. vi is actually really simple to
learn, even by book. The best book I found is actually one I got from
college. The book is "A Practical Guide to Unix System V" 2nd ed. - Mark
G. Sobell. If you do not want to get the book, you can also type man vi at
your shell prompt and it'll guide you through a little of vi.
