This is pretty much how mudftp works (see my homepage, inside the mcl
client) except it not require for you to have admin access to the ftp
configuration files nor does it require any special setup for each user
nor any special programs (that -s option of ftp you use is at not
supported on standard unix ftp).

Who's going to port it to Circle? :)
