get_line() vs get_one_line()

Why have two functions that do almost the same thing?  get_line() could be
adapted with a flag specifying what type of line to look for and then
get_one_line() could be removed.  Not that it is a large problem. :)  I
haven't done anything to get rid of it, I just now encountered it while
rewriting the world<->file routines in db.c.
