Try do_set(ch, "radish level 23", 0, 0);
where radish is the player name, and the level you want to set them to is 23.

Of course, you have to have a god character to do the command, but I'm
assuming you knew that already.

Q: How many IBM CPU's does it take to
    execute a job?
A: Four; three to hold it down, and one to
    rip its head off.
