Sounds like an awful server.  Mine has 64 megs of swap for memory leaks
protection. :)  (Netscape for Unix is notorious for it.)

Daniel Koopke wrote a memory tracker as have a few other people, you might
want to use those.      (Or do it the old-fashion way, actually read your
code an theorize.)
