To use such a file you must have a *NIX system that has both gunzip and
tar.  First, type "gunzip name.tar.gz"  This will unzip the file.  Next
type "tar -xvf name.tar"  This will untar the file and spread the separate
files out etc.

E-mail me personally if you have further questions about this since it
isn't really a Circle topic.
