If Oasis was made part of stock circle hedit and tedit (tfiles?) could
also be included, as a format could be done for them (mainly for hedit,
which right now is a plain text editor because different people may have
different help formats).
Mobprogs is also part of Oasis now (not the code, but the support for it),
so it could also be added...
