I have encountered a problem with the special procedure magic_user.
They mobile doesn't cast any spells. None at all. This is kinda irritating
as magic_user mobiles are supposed to cast spells.
The code looks like the stock circle code and haven't been changed
anything, except the spells to be cast (but that can't be the problem can
it?)
[] Assign the mobile the SPEC flag. That tells perform_violence to execute the
special procedure.
If it already is assigned that, then make sure the vnums are properly assigned. :)
