I think it'd be easier for SIZE_TINY | SIZE_F to mean tiny female.  Then
you have SIZE_TINY | SIZE_ANY, SIZE_GIGANTIC | SIZE_M, and don't have to
create all the permutations therein.

i.e.: Make it a bitvector.
