Design Question.

Thought of adding a pointer to the caster of a spell within the
affected structure, no problem. Removing it though, would be more
difficult - you'd have to check when the charater dies, quits, etc.

Would be be an idea just to duplicate the affection update, (scan
through every single monster, and update every single affection with the
ch set) which is easy, but seems intensive for what is sure to be a
smaller set of affectations, or would it be worth the effort to maybe,
re-do the affectation system so they are stored in a list, and affection
update would just run down said list. Characters/mobs would of course
have a pointer to the particular affectations in the list, although, for
saving purposes, they could be put back on the char...

Ideas? Too much effort for little gain?

                                                PjD
