Bug database

This wasn't explicitly covered previously, but all bug reports sent to the
mailing list should also be carbon-copied to 'bugs@circlemud.org'. This
will help us so we don't have to sort through every message to find the
bugs. Please do _not_ send HTML messages to that address.

Also, everyone can freely browse the bug database at:

http://bugs.circlemud.org/cgi-bin/cbugs

or through the more memorizable URL:

http://bugs.circlemud.org

You won't be able to change anything, but if you find a bug report you have
a fix for, we would appreciate if you would mail the fix to
'bugs@circlemud.org' also.

We already have one volunteer to sort through the messages in the help
database and I believe he'll be both patient and knowledgeable. More
volunteers are still appreciated, of course.

This will also serve as a nice newbie question archive with complete
regular expression searching.

We appreciate any comments, complaints, or suggestions.
