Can you ship a copy of these files with the patch bundle?  Would cut down on the
newbies who post here looking for the docs

I am also working on a re-do of the manual, with preparations for some of
the new features that are going to be in pl6 (since I happen to be doing
them, I should know what to write) and this one will be on
http://cmrsrc.gator.net/ (and yes, it IS back up)  One of the main
features I am adding to the manual is to frame-ify it.  Sorry to those who
don't like frames, but I think in this case, frames will make a huge
difference.
