There might be a small problem with this.  You'll become 'cloaked' but the
snooper will not know the snoopee has drifting into a no-snoop room.  This
may be both good and bad, dependant upon the reason in the first place that
you implemented it.
You may have to put a check in do_simple_move() or perform_move() that will
give a quick message to the snooper that the snoopee has just entered/has
just left a no-snoop zone.
