Yep, and it's quite criminal...
About from 6 month to 3 years of jail here in italy, at least.
Plus, maybe, addiotional data owned by that use, so, if that's his
comany's workstation, you're damaging also his company.
Maybe this causes losses of many thousands bucks, and companies are
usually harsh with malware...
