Actually I might have not given you the right info tonight I had downloaded
cygwin and tried to comile the mud with it. I have been using borland in
the past to compile my mud this is what I get with the cygwin compiler.


admin@computer /cygdrive/c/circle-3.1crash
$ ./configure
loading cache ./config.cache
checking for less... no
checking for most... no
checking for more... no
checking for cat... cat
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH

admin@computer /cygdrive/c/circle-3.1crash
$

I've never used cygwin before so I'm a little lost on this one
