do_kick has no check for ROOM_PEACEFUL. This isn't really a big deal, since the damage() function checks for it. However, it is not consistent with do_bash, which does check for ROOM_PEACEFUL instead of letting damage() handle the check. So, either do_kick should add its own check, or do_bash should have its check removed.
