Well, since I'm still getting requests for my guild code, here it 
is, and almost all of it works (the important parts work at least). 
Somethings that need fixing are do_promote, do_demote,  and the gedit 
functions for OLC need some revamping.  If anyone fixes these up it would 
be nice to post it to the group for others to use.

	If you use this code all I ask is that you put me in your 
credits, you don't have to tell me you're using the code or anything.  
And if you need help with anything I'll try my best to answer your 
questions (even if it's not related to my guild code). I'm not the 
greatest programmer in the world, but I'm always willing to help out, 
if you need me, or want to see what I've done feel free to stop by The 
Dominion (isis.zoom.com 8400).

	These instructions are not complete by any means.  If you're a 
total neophyte grep thru the code and try to figure out where things go, 
and you'll need to make some macros in utils.h on your own -- very 
trivial stuff.
