This patch is meant to be a hand-patch. Basically, it add a poll menu in
the login menu (where you have: Enter game, Change description, etc...),
and a dirty, but working, polledit system, that is a poll editor. The poll
editor is based on the same output design of the OasisOLC editors, and was
inspired by the clanedit system of Daniel Muller.

* What are polls
	With polls, you can ask your players 1 question, and give them a choice
	  of 5 answers.
	Results are presented in percent bars and in number of votes
	One can vote only once on an ongoing poll
	One can look at past polls in the archive menu

* What can do the polleditor:
	You can create a new poll by typing 'polledit' alone
	You can edit an existing poll by typing: 'polledit <number>'
	You can change the State of the poll to:
		- old: the poll will be displayed in the archive menu
		- ongoing poll: the poll will be the active one
		- future poll: the poll will be the next, or one you don't
		  want to appear in the archive yet
	You can reset the votes on a poll (for cause of cheating, etc)

* What can't do the polleditor:
     You can't delete an existing poll (not that i am too lazy, but
     because of the archives)
     You can't not save a poll you edited :P
	 I mean that the 'do you want to save thingie' is here for the *fun*
	 I will work on it soon, and will put it in another patch
