It is a patch against circlemud 3.0 bpl18 with OasisOLC v2. It is an OLC
utility that will allow a build to enable a "buildwalking" mode. In this
mode, walking in a direction that doesn't exist will find the next free
vnum in the zone, create a new room using that vnum, and make a 2 way link
between the room the builder was standing in, and the new room. That way,
to create a framework of your zone, you can basically just walk around.

If anyone uses this patch, I ask that an email be sent to me at
<tyler.barnes@crcn.net> just to let me know it is being used. I wouldn't
mind the address to the mud it is being used on also, if possible. No
