This patch installs a command called 'tedit' which allows impl types to
edit the different files of circlemud online.  This patch was tested using
the stock circle dist. and the NEW improved_edit.patch.  (Requires the new
improved_edit.patch to work -- who would want a textfiles editor with the
old circle style editor?)

To install the patch cd to circle/src and:
patch <tfiles_editor.patch
