Circle 3.0 SPELL LIST -- Please Read

Here is my tentative spell list for Circle 3.0.  I'd like to have 2
spells per level up until level 18 or 19 (maybe 20), one spell per
level thereafter.

This list is still very much open to changes.  The C3 spell system
allows spells to be added, removed, created, and changed with very
little effort.

If you have any suggestions for moving spells around, please make
them.  Also, I need a couple of more mid-level mage spells to
fill the list out.

Note that I am just an Unfrozen Caveman Programmer and not a D&D
person so please forgive me if this spell list is blatently
unbalanced.

Please comment on this ASAP.  It is the last major step which
needs to be completed before the Circle 3.0 test port.

Notes on spells which may be unclear:

Identify Potion: Identify which spells are contained in a potion.
Decompose: Cause a corpse to decompose
Dispel Magic: Dispel certain "bad" spells such as sleep, curse, etc.
Fly: Allow movement without move loss (or maybe reduced loss..?)
Earthquake, Flame Strike, Meteor Swarm, Ice Storm: area affect damage spells
Negate Sanctuary: For one tick, a char's sanct is ineffective.
	(Sanct comes back after a tick)
Summon Undead, Conjure Elemental: creates a 'pet'
Paralyze: Prevent a char from fleeing
Wizard Eye: Like 'at room look'
Rejuvenate: restore move points
Calm: stop a fight
