I am looking for a decent MUD

I know this is a dumb question, but I am looking for a mud
(merc or circle code) to join.   I am looking for a stable
mud that is relatively new, therefore not as snobbish (in
general) to new players.  This is not to say that more
established muds are snobbish, but it seems to be the
case from what I've experienced.  (IMHO)
