The MobProg code is, I believe, available on the official circle ftp site: circle.cs.jhu.edu In the directory: pub/CircleMUD/submissions As the file: mobprog.tar.Z (or something like that) As for compatiability with 3.0, I believe the person who performed the original 'porting' of the code has mentioned that, once 3.0 is released, s/he (dunno which ;) will be porting it to 3.0...
