Practice sessions

I am looking at a players stats and wondering if their is a way to

         set <player> <practice sessions> <#some number>

I think I see the code for it here:

        Hometown: [2], Speaks: [0/0/0], (STL[21]/per[35]/NSTL[3])
                                           ^^^^^^

Is this it and is there a way to change it.

I know this is a beginner question.  Just can't find anything on it in the docs.
