mAking the |^ work

HI,

I have a question which might be more linux then circle... but

When I'm in linux or other muds the up arrow retypes what I
typed last, this is better then the ! because you can edit or add to it.

How do I make the up arrow be recognized?

        Separate question.

Adding new socials needs three changes right?

1 add the name to the list above the cend

2 add a (do_action) in the COMMANDO list

3 define the social in /lib/*/social

When I do these things, the interpreter.c will not compile
because of an undefined and parse errors...

        Any ideas?

        Thanks.
