Ok, I have forwarded to Jeremy, who has in turn forwarded it to the
FTP maintainer, the NEW Mobprog Doc file that I edited, and have added a
couple of things..
MAKE SURE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD THIS FILE..........
There is a bunch of things in it to help you to patch it to BPL11..
read them carefully, and realise that it might not be complete, but it is
still better than what is around now...
