Nevermind that last one, it turns out I forgot to delete something in 
shops.h.

However I did have to add an int max_shop_number to the top of shop.c.

NOt sure if that should be int or extern int though.

Here's where I am caught up now.

gcc -c -g -O -Wall -DBSD -ggdb  act.build.c
act.build.c:291: unterminated string or character constant

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `act.build.o'

I didn't edit anything around that line, so why would it get stuck there?
