Bug in pl 11

In my mud, I have a mob with the bit 31 (the last one), and when I
statted it, it stod "<INVALID BITVECTOR>".
Here is the reason: In the sprintbit function, in utils.c, there is a
check that the bitvector is > 0. If it isn't, then return this "error".

But that last bit represents negative numbers?!?

Easy to fix, just remove that check! :)
...or is there a reason it should be there?

/ Joachim
