My point is that it doesn't matter if you're a newbie, you still are
talking to real people and standard education works as usual, greet, ask,
thanks, wave goodbye.

I do know it is in the docs somewhere, because I did know it didnt work
when I started up the server (maybe i read it in the list), anyway, you
could have made the message a little more polite and maybe also a little
more complete, if I were a little more cynic, I would have answered that
it doesn't save the poofins/poofouts because it isnt programmed to do so.
So you would send another post to ask for code to make them save the
thing.

I am not arguing about your problem, but about your exposure of it. I
haven't fixed it myself because it is not such a high priority for me
(most of my users have a note they read, copy, paste when they enter..:)
Or define the thing in Tintin or whatever client they use.

Not so much as an idiot, but as a very rude person..:) I am fighting every
day with my Internet users so they realize that sending email is not like
sending questions to a computer, that real people are receiving their
posts.
