I had the same problem, in my case it was because the zone filed tried to 
give a non existing object to one of the mobs, and i also think that it 
tries to place some of the mobs in non existing rooms.

Check the zone-file for any strangeness. If that doesn't do it, check the 
objects for any strange flags or such.
