[Circle] AutoSplit/AutoLoot Snippet

I got the AutoSplit/AutoLoot snippet from the CircleMUD Homepage, and I
followed all the instructions. Everything compiles just fine, and the
actual autoloot and autosplit toggle commands work fine! But it doesn't do
any of it after killing a mob, does anyone have any suggestions?
